At PSR we have signed the pledge to always show the salary as we know that job adverts without salary information can perpetuate pay gaps when it comes to hiring – hitting black candidates, women, candidates with disabilities and the LGBTQIA+ community. We also work with Non Graduates Welcome as a way of improving diversity and inclusion within the charity sector and will not work on fundraising roles where a degree is either an essential or desirable requirement unless a charity can fully justify why this is the case. We will also challenge any role that asks for general A level qualifications or equivalent or GCSE grades to a certain level.
